Bilingual Call Center Specialist (Contract)

Job Summary

The Bilingual Call Center Specialist will provide high-quality support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires proficiency in both English and French, along with the ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in both English and French.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance related to account inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while delivering exceptional service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
