Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to managing candidate communication. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and possess strong communication skills in both English and French. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates in both English and French via phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are followed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for successful candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • High level of computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Personable, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
