Bilingual Collection Agent

• Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, and other communication methods.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and work to resolve outstanding balances in both English and French.
• Document customer interactions, payment agreements, and any follow-up actions in the company's system.
• Work closely with internal departments, including finance and  egal, to resolve complex cases.
• Achieve or exceed monthly collection targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal guidelines.

• Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivables is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with collections software or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of collections regulations and laws is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
