Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls related to customer claims, payments, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and providing accurate information about company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding claims and payments.

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience within the financial or insurance industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult calls in a calm and professional manner.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
